There is altered morphology in the kidney. There is strong hyalinization of glomerulus (circles), thickening of blood vessel walls and hyalinization (arrows). In the interstitium there is clear inflammation reaction which is mainly rich with lymphocytes. Interstitium is also fibrotic (#). In places there is also calcification in this sample (white arrow). This kind of kidney is called an end stage-kidney. 40x magnification, HE-staining.
