Small cell carsinoma (carcinoma parvocellulare bronchi) 40x

In extrabronchial connective tissue, there are tumor cells, which look like inflammatory infiltration seen as islets and tracts. The nuclei cells are small and usually shaped like grains. Necrotic areas are also typical to small cell carcinoma. 40x magnification, HE-staining.
