Small lymphocytic lymphoma Sample

There is capsule surrounding the lymph node (arrow). In this lymp node, normal follicular structures are missing. The lymph node is filled with the dense diffuse tumor tissue. Tumor cells are small,  40x magnification, HE-staining.
